The Client Kingston upon Hull City Council is in the process of standardising and improving its Building Access Control systems across its property assets. This contract is for the replacement of remaining "Tyco C-Cure" systems and Paxton Switch 2 systems (non-networked) across Eighteen sites, to Paxton Net 2 systems, thus allowing for a standard internal network-based system to coincide with the Councils security protocols. Safeguarding will need to be considered at some sites due to the nature of the services offered and health and safety of the staff, public and visitors will be key across all sites.
