Description

The Council invites suppliers to tender for a Dynamic Purchasing System (known as DPS) for the provision of Opportunities to Improve Attainment and Engage Vulnerable Children and Young People in Education. Suppliers are able to tender against one or more of the following lots:
Lot 1 - Full-time alternative provision;
Lot 2 - Part-time alternative provision;
Lot 3 - Tutoring;
Lot 4 - Complementary Provision.

This DPS is run as a completely electronic process using the Authority's eSourcing solution (Proactis). This Award Notice is to advise the market of Call-Offs (mini-competitions) that have been awarded from the DPS on a quarterly basis against respective Lots.

THIS IS A CALL FOR COMPETITION The Department for Education (DfE) has published this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Curriculum Subject Experts through the Educational and Children's Social Care (ECSC) Framework. They will need to know how the subject is currently taught in schools, and, responding to Review recommendations, communicate clearly what teachers need to know to teach the subject effectively. Interested suppliers are invited to submit tenders during the window from 16 September to 14 October 2025. Appointment to Lot 10 will be contingent upon meeting the published award criteria and successfully completing the evaluation process. Work will be allocated to contractors appointed to the framework via a call-off process, either through direct award or further competition, as set out in Schedule 3.
