Southern Regional College (SRC) on behalf of the six Regional Colleges in Northern Ireland (“NI Colleges”) wishes to appoint a Contractor(s) for the Provision of Supply and Delivery of Building Supplies. The NI Colleges “the Clients” are listed below: • Lot 1 - Belfast Metropolitan College (BMC) Area • Lot 2 - Northern Regional College (NRC) Area • Lot 3 - North West Regional College (NWRC) Area • Lot 4 - South Eastern Regional College (SERC) Area • Lot 5 - Southern Regional College (SRC) Area • Lot 6 - South West College (SWC) Area The Contract will be subdivided into 6 individual Lots, 1 for each of the above colleges

Civil Engineering Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Scotland - projects up to 5 million GBP

The Scottish Ministers have been working with internal and external stakeholders on the development of a Scottish collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Civil Engineering projects up to 5 million GBP for use across the Scottish public sector. To be considered, economic operators are required to complete the Single Procurement Document (SPD) including the Financial Standing Workbook, the Technical and Professional Ability Workbook (including Core Terms Acceptance and SOC Check) and the Environmental Management and Climate Change Plan Form in accordance with the Contract Notice and the accompanying Instructions document. Economic operators will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015, on the basis of the information provided within their application. A Price Quality Ratio (PQR) of 30% Price and 70% Quality (with a range of +/-20%) will be undertaken for all calls for competition under this DPS.

Old Ambulance Hall Roof Replacement

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & BACKGROUND Launceston Town Council seeks tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced businesses to provide: 1. Assessment of work required 2. Removal of sections of the existing roof and the installation of replacement sections Detailed requirements are specified in the Section 3 on page 2 of the attached document. The building, which is not listed, is owned by Launceston Town Council, and has suffered dilapidation over many years. The existing failing section of the roof appears to be made of asbestos and this will be required to be removed and replaced with new roofing material. Depending on the work undertaken, relevant permissions from Cornwall Council may be required. Pre-tender visits to the site are encouraged and may be arranged by contacting the council.
