Description

The works include for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electricity transmission underground cable works as part of the Skye 132kV Reinforcement scheme.
The works consist of 24km of new 132kV double circuit, two cable per phase (see figure 1 below).  
These works include:
•	Undergrounding of the section of the new 132kV double circuit out of Fort Augustus substation for 9km toward Invergarry. Including a single fibre optic cable.
•	Laying of haul roads and accesses to the cables and sealing end compounds.  
•	All associated substation and SEC tie in works  
•	Reinstatement on completion of all works.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) (the Council) has a statutory obligation, as a Highway Authority, to maintain the public highway within its boundary and in doing so we require specialist contractors to support us in carrying out these works. We are responsible for over 188km of carriageways, 380km of footways, five bridges including the two Thames crossings and over 12,000 streetlights. Civil Engineering Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Scotland - projects up to 5 million GBP

The Scottish Ministers have been working with internal and external stakeholders on the development of a Scottish collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Civil Engineering projects up to 5 million GBP for use across the Scottish public sector. To be considered, economic operators are required to complete the Single Procurement Document (SPD) including the Financial Standing Workbook, the Technical and Professional Ability Workbook (including Core Terms Acceptance and SOC Check) and the Environmental Management and Climate Change Plan Form in accordance with the Contract Notice and the accompanying Instructions document. Economic operators will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015, on the basis of the information provided within their application. A Price Quality Ratio (PQR) of 30% Price and 70% Quality (with a range of +/-20%) will be undertaken for all calls for competition under this DPS.
