Description

Bacons College, as the Contracting Authority, alongside, The John Roan School, Paddington Academy, Fulham Primary, Langford Primary, Queen's Manor Primary, Sulivan Primary, Wilberforce Primary, Hurlingham Academy, The Elms Academy and Ernest Bevin Academy, all as part of United Learning, are requesting tenders from recognised service provider to manage their cleaning services to the indicated contract. Providers must be able to demonstrate their capability to deliver the services via the documentation to be submitted, this service requirement will include the daily, weekly, monthly service requirements as well as managing TUPE process for the current staff. All sites will be awarded to one contractors for this process. The sites detailed all have indicated start points detailed within the SQ documents, some are September 2024, with 3 other joining in April and August 2025. The contract base will offered as a 5 Year initial term.

The cleaning contract will only relate to the offices and reception area on the ground floor. Appointment dates are available for bidders to view the locations on the following days Tuesday 29 July, Wednesday 30 July and Thursday 31 July 2025. The current contractor has confirmed that TUPE does apply. The contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 December 2025 and ending on 30 November 2028 with an option to extend for 2 further years. All the Tender Documents and correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal.at http://www.supplyhertfordshire.uk Please submit your completed tender document via the Council’s e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 14 August 2025. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.

RAD162 - CLEANING SERVICES FOR COMMUNAL AREAS & WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Contract is for the provision of Cleaning and Waste Management Services as fully described in Document 2 Service Information. It is the intention of Radius Housing to award a contract to a single provider for the service which includes: • Cleaning of communal areas including entrances, hallways, corridors, lifts, driveways, paths and bin stores. • Cleaning of offices and; • Adhoc specialist clean • Adhoc domestic cover • Waste management services The Service Information defines the cleaning tasks to be undertaken and the frequency at which these tasks are to be completed at each site.
