Description

Langstane Housing Association is establishing a pool of contractors in each geographical area (Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray - separate lots) to carry out routine, urgent and emergency repairs (including out of hours) to their 2,886 properties. There may be small upgrade works as part of this framework.
Invitations are invited from multi-trade, electrical, plumbing, joinery, painter & decorators and roofing contractors.
Reactive repairs vary from year to year, therefore please note that all quantities and values are estimates.

Urgent Repair and Jobbing Contracts 2025-2029

The contracts are for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing). The contracts cover a range of trades with individual orders for works which are of an urgent repair, minor alteration or maintenance in nature being placed with the appropriate appointed contractors. The contracts will run from the 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2029. Contractors will be appointed on a trade and area basis and where possible standby contractor(s) will be put in place.
