Description

The Guinness Partnership Limited (TGP) and all of its subsidies are seeking to establish a
framework of suppliers to provide Pest Control Services to TGP, other companies in the TGP
Group and other third party framework users.
The primary aim of the service is the eradication and prevention of pests, both in communal
areas and within resident properties. In the main, the services will be on an ad hoc basis as
required, however in some areas a scheduled service on a monthly basis as a minimum may
be required.
The framework term will be for four years and is to be divided into seven geographical lots.

The Authority have opted to establish a DPS as it is deemed the most appropriate option to meet its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent and compliant route to market. The DPS will be open to new entrants throughout its lifespan to allow coverage for ever changing requirements, including but not limited to new regulations and central government requirements. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of Facilities Management and Workplace related Services. This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) will provide FM services to the Wider Public Sector and Central Government.
