External Audit

We are looking to appoint a supplier to provide External Audit Services in accordance with the Companies Act and relevant professional standards. We are seeking to put in place a new contract for a maximum of five years, commencing in January 2026. The scope of service includes audit of the school’s financial statements and the subsidiary company financial statements, together known as ‘the Group’. To ensure that submissions are received at least a calendar month to HMRC before the R&D cycle deadline or annual tax return, whichever is earlier. This will be agreed by the finance team. To support innovation and investment in qualifying R&D activities through optimised and defensible tax credit claims. To align procurement and delivery processes with the new Procurement Act 2024 ensuring transparency, fairness, and value for money.
