Dacorum Borough Council Housing Estates Review
      Review Purpose:
      To review the Council's housing estate portfolio, and determine the most appropriate regeneration opportunities in order to support the development of the Council's Housing Estates Development Strategy. 
      
      Desired Outcomes: 
      A review to inform the development of a Housing Estates Strategy which will make the most effective use of Dacorum's Housing Revenue Account (HRA) assets; while supporting housing delivery, place-making and, economic growth.
      
      Tender Documents can be download from the Supply Hertfordshire portal.   Correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal

Potential to develop partnership with Deangate Bowls Club. • Feasibility of changing former clubhouse building into a community, visitor centre or retail unit. • Former groundskeeper shed to be repurposed into a volunteer space. • Look at the feasibility of off-site facilities including a toilet block (compost toilets). Additional elements based at Grain Coastal Park • Feasibility of Catering unit • A new Toilet Block All of the above will need to be assessed. Options and associated costs will be required for each individual element. These will all need to be included in a final report along with a professional recommendation. A site visit within the first two weeks of the contract start date is expected, with Medway Council officer(s) in attendance.
