Description

Development Agreement between NCC and Three Rivers Learning Trust to cover (amongst the usual development requirements): \r
a. Provide the Council and its contractor access to the school site to carry out the works\r
b. Require the Trust to apply for Secretary of State for Education consent to the surrender of part of the academy's lease back to the Council (note that consent to change the use of playing field land under s77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 will not be required as the school converted to an academy more than 10 years ago) \r
c. Provide for the surrender of part of the Council Land to be entered into.

1923 External Legal Services

De Montfort University currently has an established Legal Services Panel (ref.1198), used to support the sourcing of additional or specialist external legal advice as required; however, this arrangement will shortly conclude. The University therefore requires a successor contract for the future sourcing of these services and we intend to go to market shortly.
