Description

The following services to be provided:

•	Transport assessment to support planning application 
•	Additional support to conclude approvals process for Outline Business Case
•	Additional traffic surveys to satisfy the Department of Transport as part of their review of the Outline Business Case
•	Undertake an assessment on the structural capacity of the existing piles for the Northumberland Line Newsham Road Bridge to understand the capacity to accommodate the additional structure which will be provided as part of the relief road.
