This specification is for the replacement of existing single glazed metal 'crittal', timber and aluminium framed windows, identified on accompanying drawing, with new ppc double glazed, aluminium framed items. Doors identified on drawings will also be replaced with new aluminium, double glazed items, should budget permit.

Higher Woodhill Viaduct carries the East Lancashire Railway over the River Irwell and runs north to south. The structure consists of seven spans. - The outer two spans to the north and two to the south are masonry arches - The three central spans (spans 3, 4 & 5) each comprise 4 No. riveted plate girders spanning between masonry piers. Netherhall School - Replacement External Doors and Windows

The project comprises the replacement of external windows and doors at Netherhall School, Maryport, CA15 6NT. The project will be let to one contractor on a phased basis, to ensure continuity, with 3 phases over 3years starting in the summer holidays of 2025 and completing in summer holidays of 2027. Work will be limited to the 3 school summer holiday periods. See phasing drawing.
