The Side by Side site in Springfield Park, previously a nursery now returned to the Council, contains unsafe, dilapidated buildings posing health and safety risks. Future site plans are undetermined, but demolition is required to mitigate risks from squatters and trespassers. This contract covers the demolition of these unsafe buildings.

Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
