Description

The aim of the Student Transport Service will be to provide high quality transport for the students and staff of the College. 
      
      There are 6 lots available within this provision. 
      Lot 1 -  MOD Abbeywood to Bridgwater & Taunton College (BTC) 
      Lot 2 - Weston-Super-Mare & Worle to BTC (Bridgwater Campus) - 2 ROUTES.  Addition - One of these services needs to continue on to the Cannington Campus and Agricultural Innovation Centre, Rodway Farm (AIC);
      Lot 3 - Castle Cary/Shepton Mallett to BTC (Bridgwater Campus ) 
      Lot 4 - Yeovil to BTC (Bridgwater Campus) 
      Lot 5 - Tiverton to BTC (Bridgwater Campus)

21034 Social and Education transport Services Dynamic Purchasing System 2021 (DN559834)

This DPS is for delivery of home to school and social care transport services. This transport will be for a range of client groups including (but not limited to), pupils (to/from mainstream and special educational needs establishments), children’s social care service users and adult social care service users. These services will be for Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council primarily, though other local authorities and public bodies within Cambridgeshire may also access services. This solution shall offer one Platform to service providers to bid for work for Home to School transport services both mainstream and SEND, Children's social care and Adult social care transport services across the County. The estimated value of the DPS is approximately £30 million per annum, thus representing a total potential value of £300,000,000 over the maximum ten year term. The Dynamic Purchasing system currently operates a weekly onboarding (Fridays at 12:00 round closure), it has been decided that the On-Boarding will move to TWICE a month frequency. This change will take effect from September 2024 with the round closing 6th September, then fortnightly for there in, (to be clear the following one will be 20th September at 12:00). Under the DPS Agreement such is change is allowed, please refer to the Invitation to Participate document on ProContract section Rounds 1.6.17 – 1.6.19 for further information. For any New Operators wishing to join the dynamic Purchase system, will mean that your application will be review following the round closure ONLY TWICE during each month. Please ensure you take this change into account, if you are keen to bid for opportunities advertised under this DPS. For Current Operators this will not have any immediate impact unless you have to update your previous submission. If you wish to make changes to your application, please ensure you have considered that any changes will not be reviewed until the next round closure (every fortnight).

For a Dynamic Purchasing System for Home to School Mainstream, Special Educational Needs & Disabilities, Pupil Referral Units, Post 16 College, Short Term Care and Adult & Child Social Care Transport

This FTS notice is to cover previous OJEU Advert details below: Submission date: 15/02/2019 Document number: 2019-000002 Submission ID: 20190215-005732 Buckinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the provision of certain transport services to children and vulnerable adults (the Services). The Council is conducting the procurement using the restricted procedure as set out in Regulation 28 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). In accordance with Regulation 34 (18), the Council is extending the time frame for the evaluation of initial Requests to Participate to up to 6 weeks to carry out robust due diligence checks on Suppliers’ suitability to be admitted to the DPS and on their economic and financial standing, and technical and professional ability. Under Regulation 59 we will also require documentary evidence to be submitted with Requests to Participate and at any other time to ensure the proper conduct of the procedure. The DPS is part of the Council’s suite of transport arrangements and will be used for procurement of transport for both long and short term contracts, alongside other procurement methods. Suppliers should therefore note that the DPS will not be an exclusive arrangement and the Council may award transport contracts to other suppliers on any alternative basis. The DPS will be divided into “Lots”. The Lots are based on the different types of vehicle that the Council requires. The people requiring the Services will be children and young people attending mainstream schools, special schools and pupil referral units and Social Care service users (children and adults) and, potentially, other individual Council service users. The majority of Services will be delivered within the Council’s administrative area but from time to time Services will also be required to be provided outside the Council’s administrative area. The Lots are: 1. 4 to 8 Seat Vehicles 2. 9 to 16 Seat Vehicles 3. Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles 4. Specialist Transport Services (e.g. Ambulance, Secure Transport) 5. Emergency Transport (call off within 1 hour – 24 hour requirement) 6. PSV Passenger Transport Services (e.g. Home to School) The Council cannot forecast likely demand or volumes for the Services or for any of the Lots. Appointment of a Supplier to the DPS is no guarantee that the Supplier will actually receive instructions from the Council to deliver Services. Suppliers may apply for appointment to as many Lots as they wish. The DPS will operate for a period of five years commencing on or around 1st September 2019. The Council will have the option, at its discretion, to extend the period of operation of the DPS for a further period or periods of up to two years and reserves the right under Regulation 34 (28) to give notice of any changes to the validity of the DPS. Suppliers that wish to be appointed to the DPS are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire (“SQ”). All those Suppliers who satisfy the selection requirements set out in the SQ, as evaluated by the Council, will be appointed to the DPS to the Lots for

Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Home to School Transport Services (Round 2)

BGCBC is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)for the provision of a high quality and cost effective Home to School Transport Service. The requirements will cover bus, taxi, minibus and wheelchair accessible vehicles. The DPS will be structured into the following 4 lots: Lot 1: 4-8 seat vehicles Lot 2: 9-16 seat vehicles Lot 3: 17+ seat vehicles Lot 4: Wheelchair accessible vehicles The DPS will commence on 1st September 2024 and will run for an initial period of 5 years with an option to be extended for a further period of up to 24 months (reviewable on an annual basis and subject to performance).
