Description

Our Contact Division (Single Service Centre - SSC) within National Operations, provides rapid and scalable contact services across a range of channels (e.g., digital and telephony) to enable contact tracing, advice, and guidance, booking and ordering, compliance with regulations, routing to partners, and disease notification.

The current operating model was developed at a time of national crisis and as we continue to deliver on our goals and strategic priorities our operating model needs to evolve to support these. This review will align and create a vision to outline how we will prepare, respond, and build a redesigned operating model within contact centres and across the division, underpinning the UKHSA strategic plan, as well as outlining the approach to drive change to improve the way we operate.
