Open Framework for the Provision of Temporary Accommodation Solutions with the Private Sector and Private Registered Providers of Social Housing

Birmingham City Council wishes to invite providers to submit applications to join an open framework for the provision of temporary accommodation through the private rented sector and private registered providers of social housing. The open framework will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years in yearly increments. Providers will be able to apply to join the Open Framework Agreement any time during the 3 year framework period and during any extension periods taken up. Although the Open Framework Agreement will remain open to applications, these will only be viewed and assessed at fixed periods of the year. There will be no limit to the number of providers who can join the Open Framework throughout its duration. Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Temporary Accommodation services to the Authority. The Authority is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will be administered through the YORtender e-procurement portal for the provision of Temporary Accommodation services with Suppliers who can provide the Authority with access to properties. The tender is an open DPS process. The contract is anticipated to commence 25 March 2025 ending by 24 March 2033 with an option to extend for a period of 2 x 12 months. Cylch Caron Housing & Integrated Resource Centre Scheme Delivery Partner

Ceredigion County Council (the Council) and Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) are seeking a suitable Delivery Partner to design, build and operate a purpose-built housing scheme for individuals in Tregaron. It is a requirement of this project that such housing is made available at social rent. The delivery of a Social Care/Health Board hub on the same site, to be known as the Cylch Caron Integrated Resource Centre (IRC), will also be explored through the dialogue process. The site and IRC will be owned by the Council and will be leased to the selected Delivery Partner on a long lease of 125 years at a subsidised rental value. This procurement exercise is not for the actual construction of the project - following the appointment of the successful Delivery Partner, the Delivery Partner will then be expected to manage the building contract procurement process in compliance with the The Procurement Act 2023.
