L24074-T-CL Instrument Flight Procedures Design Services

London Luton Airport requires services from an instrument flight procedure (IFP) organisation to cover airspace specialist services and airspace project management, including but not limited to airspace consultancy, desktop simulation and IFP validation services, liaison on behalf of LLA with all interested parties and regulatory bodies. The IFP organisation who wins this tender must be an approved procedure design organisation with the CAA, and must have at least one individual who is an approved procedure designer with the CAA. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button. Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions.
