Design and Build a new 4-storey teaching accommodation block including a main entry point to the Hopwood Hall College Cam-pus in Rochdale town centre. Works also include, external works, car park amendments, demolition of existing Blocks B & C and the entrance foyer, as well as limited remodelling of Block A following the demolitions.

The project comprises a desk-based analysis, site assessments (including LVIA) and settlement capacity scoring with corresponding outputs at each stage. The final document will be a map (GIS) and text-based settlement landscape sensitivity and capacity assessment for each settlement.
