Description

Warwick District Council, supported by the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) are looking for a suitable provider(s) to manage its park tennis court facilities, including the provision of an accessible, community tennis programme. Our aim is to encourage more people to play tennis, whilst also implementing a delivery model which is financially sustainable.  
      
      The Council intends for these provisions to be undertaken through a concession contract arrangement, and will split the opportunity into 4 offerings:
      
      o Lot 1 - Victoria Park, Leamington Spa,
      o Lot 2 - Christchurch Gardens, Leamington Spa**,
      o Lot 3 - St Nicholas Park, Warwick
      o Lot 4 - all sites*
       
      The Estimated total value of this Concession Contract is ?289,920 for 5 years.
      The Contract will be for a period of five years with the option of up to 5 years extension. Anticipated start date is April 2023 .

It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in early 2027.

TENDER TO PROVIDE SPORT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY SESSIONS

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (FODC) from time to time may seek external sport and physical activity providers to help deliver activity sessions in the Council district at various Council and Community facilities. A panel of service providers will be awarded for each lot. A service provider may bid for any or all the lots in either the Fermanagh area or the Omagh area or both. Suppliers will be ranked in order beginning with the lowest price per lot (based on the average cost per participant). It is up to the provider to consider coaching ratios set by the relevant National Governing Body when they are entering a price per activity. The following Lots are to be awarded: Traditional Target Archery; Soft Archery; Athletics Track and Field; Badminton; Boccia; Bowls; Boxing; Boxercise; Chair Based Exercise; Chi Me; Cricket; Couch to 5K (LIRF); Cycle Instructor; Dance; Gymnastics; Hockey; Netball; New Age Kurling; Pilates; Rugby; Tennis; Volleyball; Wrestling; Angling (Coarse); Angling (Game); Canoeing (Canadian type); Kayaking (sit on tops or traditional); Open Water Swimming; Stand up Paddle Boarding; Rowing; sailing; Disability Sailing; Walk Leader; Hillwalking and Rambling; Leave No Trace; Orienteering; Bush Craft; Triathlon and Mountain Biking. In developing a panel, the Council reserves the right to work with other groups or clubs if there is a sports or community development outcome to be realised and where it is beneficial to make local connections for sports development and sustainability.
