Description

Sheffield Hallam University requires an Immersive Workspace with its supporting equipment, software, and warranties, for the Institute of Technology. The equipment is part of a long-term plan to ensure that the University continues to offer an up-to-date, industry-relevant experience to our students and that we teach immersive and innovative cutting-edge technologies that not only add to the student experience but also the credibility of the University. 

This tender is for the supply, installation, commissioning, warranty, and maintenance of an Integrated (both hardware and software) Immersive Workspace. The Immersive workspace should provide an immersive visual and audio experience providing wall and floor projection, surround sound in an enclosed space to simulate a range of immersive teaching and simulated environments.  These immersive environments could include: 

•	Medical simulated environments  
•	Construction / build 360 content  
•	Immersive gaming / VR 
•	Live streaming of 360 camera broadcasts 
•	Immersive teaching environments 

The new Immersive workspace will provide an immersive learning environment used to support a variety of IOT (Institute of Technology) based courses within SHU - it will provide staff and students the opportunity to realise their own ambition and assist Sheffield Hallam in becoming the world's leading applied university. 

The technical specification tables of requirements in the ITT documents detail the essential and highly desirable performance requirements of the machine identified by the University. 
  
By the 1st September 2024 the equipment needs to be delivered and installed including and training needs to be completed. Four members of university staff will require full training on the machine, and this will need to be completed over the period between installation and 1st September 2024.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Dynamic Market for the provision of Space Technology Solutions to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies (the full list is included below the ' Awarding Contracts' section of this notice). The RM6370 Space Technology Solutions Dynamic Market provides civil and defence related space and geospatial requirements, including related technology, operations, data and advisory solutions (Space Technology Solutions). Section 34 allows buyers to award a contract with reference to an ‘appropriate dynamic market’, provided the competitive flexible procedure is used. An appropriate dynamic market is one which covers the goods, works and/or services that the buyer wishes to purchase. NP1006/25 NHSS Bowel Screening Test Kits and Analysers

NHS Tayside, on behalf of NHS Scotland, require a new short-term contract for the purchase of the following products to ensure that the Scottish Bowel Screening Programme can issue, receive and analyse Test Kits for Bowel Cancer detection: - Bowel Screening Test Kit Analysers to meet the annual throughput of c650,000. This is also to include any necessary software and associated hardware (e.g. Scanners, Printers or Data Storage) and include maintenance costs. - Consumables and reagents for use with the Analysers, sufficient to meet the annual through put of c650,000 test kits. These will be purchased on standing order. - Bowel Screening Test Kits, for issue with the Invitation to participate in the Screening programme, at c1,000,000 test kits per annum, increasing at c2 percent per annum in quantity. These will be purchased on most economical basis (i.e. annual delivery to Fulfilment House, or quarterly deliveries). - Bowel Screening Return Packaging. Each Invitation must include a return package, suitable for transportation through Royal Mail.
