Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (the "Council") is tendering for a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide building surveying consultancy services to support and complement existing in-house resources in delivering a number of projects

i.	Project 1 - Former Blackamoor Inn ("Blackamoor")
Demolition and ground clearance of the former Blackamoor Including associated  Party Wall works.

ii.	Project 2 - Former Fleece Public House ("Fleece")

Demolition and ground clearance of the former Fleece Public House 

iii.	Project 3 - Development Plot 2 ("Plot 2")


Demolition of redundant site structures and ground clearance and levelling of Plot 2, Carl Fogarty Way.

School Minor Works Programme 2025 - Professional Services and Condition Survey

Lewisham is seeking a Consultant to conduct condition surveys of a number of schools in the Borough and to also provide professional services in the form of a surveyor led multi-disciplinary team to design and provide project management for the School Minor Works Programme 2026 to 2029. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of 4 years, with a 12 month break clause, which means the contract can be terminated by the Employer on or around each anniversary of the date of the Agreement, and an option to extend by one year, both at the sole discretion of the Council. The service requires: Detailed inspection and condition surveys of all school buildings (including caretakers’ houses), boundaries and other outside areas which comprise the capital elements of the landlord’s responsibility Collection and recording of detailed condition and lifecycle costing information The preparation of written reports for the Council, including: Individual reports on each school A Capital Programme report providing an indicative annual programme of works to be undertaken by the London Borough of Lewisham over the next four (4) years. These works will have an estimated budget of £3 million The programme of works should cover priority capital repairs and replacement works to be carried out over the following four years: 2026,2027, 2028 and 2029.

Regeneration Consultancy Support

The London Borough of Harrow is inviting tenders for the provision of an external consultancy to support the delivery of its regeneration programme and transition as a new regeneration team is appointed over the course of 2025/26. The council requires the services of an appropriately experienced Regeneration and Development Consultancy to support the council in its role as a Joint Venture Partner of the Harrow Strategic Development Partnership (HSDP) with extensive client-side Programme and Commercial experience at a senior level. Additionally, project management support is required to drive forward two regeneration projects that fall outside of the HSDP and to provide strategic advice to develop a delivery model for future estate regeneration. It will be essential for named consultants to be embedded within the Council’s regeneration team which will include a mix of hybrid and on-site weekdays in LB Harrow.
