​Flagship Group is looking to appoint a contractor to deliver fire risk assessment remedial works at domestic properties. The core elements of the works are listed below and in Appendix B - Pricing Schedule. The requirement is split into two geographical lots - North and South. The Bidders can bid for both or either of the lots.

Provision of Fire Remedial & Associated Works

Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision the Provision of Fire Remedial & Associated Works within Canterbury District and invites tenderers to submit a tender to meet the Council's requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence January / February 2025 and will continue for a period of 1 year, (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract) and may be extended for a period of up to 3 x 1 year, subject to the satisfactory performance of the Services by the Contractor and at the Council's entire discretion.
