Description

In accordance with the University’s Net Zero Plan (approved by Senate in June 2023), Queen’s requires the services of a Sustainable Procurement Consultant to assist us with our ambition to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.   The Consultant will be responsible for assessing Queen’s current sustainable procurement practices and procedures in line with all relevant standards and frameworks, developing a roadmap to reach the highest standards, and assisting the University in embedding sustainable procurement into policies, processes, strategies, and supply chains. Queen’s has reserved the right to engage the Consultant for any other additional services related to sustainability risk that may be required in future.

TfL 96595 Professional Services Framework 3 - Project & Programme Management and Commercial Services Framework

This procurement process is being conducted under the Restricted Procedure pursuant to Regulation 28 of the Public Contracts Regulations as amended ('PCR 2015'). This Framework will cover the following services: Project and Programme Management Services - Project Management, PMO Services, Portfolio Management, Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Assurance Services. Commercial Services - Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Cost Intelligence. The framework agreement will be for a duration of three (3) years, with an option to extend for up to a further (1) year; the option to execute any extension, and the increments by which this is exercised, will be at TfL's sole discretion.

Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4)

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), hereby known as the Authority, is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Contract for the supply of management consultancy including restructuring and insolvency services. Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) (RM6309) will be available for use by organisations, and their successors, listed in the authorised customer list cited at VI.3 (Additional Information) of this Notice. Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a Supplier to provide Framework Management Services.
