Pagabo Limited, acting as an agent of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to establish a Closed Framework to replace the existing National Framework for Developer Led Schemes which is set to expire in April 2026. BuildDPS - Main Contractor Framework

BuildDPS This tender is for the provision of contractors to carry out the building of: • New build residential properties • New build care, extra care and supported living developments • Mixed residential and commercial developments • Conversion of any existing building for residential and/or commercial use • Any other new build within the regular activities of Sanctuary Housing Association.
