for the provision of External Cleaning of Buildings (Care Homes and Housing Schemes).
      The cleaning of the following to specific frequency schedules listed in the specification:
      •  External face of windows to dwellings, communal areas and site offices 
      •  External glazing components (UPVC framed, wood framed), PVC weatherboard   panels, facias, soffits. 
      •  Gutter clearance 
      •  Canopy pressure wash 
      •  Bin store pressure wash
