Description

1.	Supporting the infrastructure technical design activity and acting as the Councils point of contact.
2.	Supporting all survey activity required to inform the technical design, acting as the Councils point of contact and co-ordinating with landowners either directly or through JLL.
3.	Managing closing activities for the Arcadis LDO commission.
4.	Supporting the procurement of infrastructure design and delivery activities for SVEZ and or via the SVL direct award through Pagabo, including preparation of a scope as necessary.
5.	Procurement of a consultant to support the Council in negotiations for the agreed Delivery Strategy for plots at SVEZ.
6.	Support the Council team through the CPO resolution Cabinet decision.

School Minor Works Programme 2025 - Professional Services and Condition Survey

Lewisham is seeking a Consultant to conduct condition surveys of a number of schools in the Borough and to also provide professional services in the form of a surveyor led multi-disciplinary team to design and provide project management for the School Minor Works Programme 2026 to 2029. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of 4 years, with a 12 month break clause, which means the contract can be terminated by the Employer on or around each anniversary of the date of the Agreement, and an option to extend by one year, both at the sole discretion of the Council. The service requires: Detailed inspection and condition surveys of all school buildings (including caretakers’ houses), boundaries and other outside areas which comprise the capital elements of the landlord’s responsibility Collection and recording of detailed condition and lifecycle costing information The preparation of written reports for the Council, including: Individual reports on each school A Capital Programme report providing an indicative annual programme of works to be undertaken by the London Borough of Lewisham over the next four (4) years. These works will have an estimated budget of £3 million The programme of works should cover priority capital repairs and replacement works to be carried out over the following four years: 2026,2027, 2028 and 2029.

Construction Advisory Services

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a multi-Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Construction Advisory Services for the period of 4 years which sets out the terms upon which Customers may make specific purchases (“call offs”) during the life of the framework. The Framework Agreement shall not be an exclusive arrangement between the parties and does not constitute a commitment on the part of any Customer to award any call offs. The Lead Contracting Body is setting up this framework agreement for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire, the Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Authority and DPLP LLP to place call offs under it and is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) under the Open Procedure; this means that anyone can submit a bid in response to the published contract notice and this ITT.
