All elements will need to be phased around a live school environment delivering Alternative Provision and Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) support with consideration to both students and staff. The project will be managed under JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design, estimated 24-month contract duration (12 months of defects).
