Description

Futura Learning Partnership are requesting tenders from recognised service provider to manage their cleaning services to the indicated contract. Futura Learning Partnership are based within the Clevedon, Bristol/Bath and Bridgwater areas. Due to the relative split of these areas the Contracting Authority have reviewed their options for the tender services and have indicated the following in relation to the potential award of this contracts. Lot 1 - All sites in the contract, Lot 2 - Clevedon Area, Lot 3 - Bristol, Keynsham and Bath Area and Lot 4 - Bridgwater Area. Providers must be able to demonstrate their capability to deliver the services via the documentation to be submitted, this service requirement will include the daily, weekly, monthly service requirements as well as managing TUPE process for the current staff.

St Ives Town Council Cleaning Contract Tender 2025

St Ives Town Council wishes to award a contract for cleaning of buildings and public toilets in the town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The cleaning service will cover: a) Cleaning buildings including St Ives Town Hall, Burleigh Hill Community Centre and the Norris Museum b) Cleaning public toilets: the Globe car park and Cattle Market car park There is the possibility that during the contract period individual sites may be added or removed from the contract. This will be done with the agreement of the contractor. The contract will run between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2028. The Town Council will have the option to extend the contract for a further two years. Either the Contractor or the Town Council will have the option to terminate the contract by giving three months' notice. Information on how to tender can be found in the '2024 SITC Cleaning Contract Tender Document'.
