Description

WMCA is seeking to secure a good quality, rounded educational offer with a focus on residents with no or low-level qualifications and in employment, to progress them to Level 2 provision that is aligned with our sector plans and labour market need. 

This Contract Award Notice notifies of the award of contracts to 3 training providers following the DPS12 - Foundation Skills Programme call-off competition under the WMCA Adult Skills DPS.
Contracts are awarded with an initial end date of 31/07/2025, with 4 x 12-month options to extend to a final expiry date of 31/07/2029.

Jumpstart to Success (UKSPF)

The Jumpstart to Success project is a collaboration between the City of London Corporation’s Adult Skills and Education Service, a selection of London Local Authorities and 2 prospective additional partners. The project will mentor NEET young people aged between 16-24 years old within in the London Boroughs of Islington and Kensington & Chelsea. The project will focus on individually tailored support, building confidence, motivating and personal development, ultimately helping young Londoners into employment, education or training.
