BLC0222 - National Firearms Licensing Management System (NFLMS)

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by BlueLight Commercial (“BLC”) who are seeking to award a Contract for the provision of a National Firearms Licensing Management System (NFLMS).
