Framework for Contractor to deliver new homes on behalf of Chapter Homes
This procurement process is being undertaken by Durham County Council on behalf of
Chapter Homes. For the avoidance of doubt, all contractual arrangements will be directly
with Chapter Homes.
This Framework is to appoint a Contractor to deliver proposed new market housing schemes
on a design and build basis on behalf of Chapter Homes.
The Framework will be let as a sole supplier agreement with a number one ranked
contractor, with a further contractor held in reserve.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
