The project comprises the following works at the James street and Turkish Baths, James Street Carlisle, following the demolition of the 1970s Pools Building by others.\r

• Re-roofing of the whole retained building\r
Includes the possible use of non leadwork as agreed with the planners\r
• Re-Pointing\r
For all elevations of the building that is to be retained.\r
• Replacement of gutters and rainwater goods throughout\r
