You are invited to tender for marketing, agency, and disposal services in relation to the sale of two freehold properties:  
      Former Council Headquarters and Depot Watling House, its car parks, and Brewers Hill depot in Dunstable Bedfordshire LU6 1LF (25164.26 sqm) and  Former Leisure Centre Site - Land to the East of Steppingley Road Flitwick Bedfordshire (7015.41sqm).
      Both properties are described in more detail in the specification. 
      There are 3 lots to be bid for:
      Lot A - Watling House
      Lot B - Steppingley Site
      Lot C - Both sites - i.e. Watling House and Steppingley site
      
      You can bid for any or all lots 
      
      We will either award lots A and B OR lot C
