Description

Leidos Supply Ltd intends to award a single source framework for a duration of 3 years to continue the supply and support of Draeger Medical products in service across the MOD, as well as providing technical training, maintenance and repair services for the Fabius Tiro and Oxylog 1000. 
Draeger UK are the only registered UK company with the authority of their parent company to provide technical training, maintenance and repair services for the Fabius Tiro and Oxylog 1000 
It is considered that this contract can be placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice pursuant to Article 32 of Directive 2014/24/EC of the European Parliament (Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of PCR 2015).

A framework agreement for the supply of Respiratory Products and Services. Airway Management Products, include Endotracheal and Tracheostomy Tubes and Laryngeal Masks and Laryngoscopes, Handles and Blades and more. Aerosol and Oxygen Products, includes products used to treat respiratory ailments such as asthma, bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, COPD and other respiratory diseases or disorders. Aggregated Lot, facilities the provision to permit Participating Authorities to tailor bespoke products and service specification to accommodate their requirements and contractually commit in advance to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this Agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
