The Council intends to procure a multi-supplier Framework Agreement divided into three Lots. The Lots are defined as follows: Lot 1: Mechanical and Multiskilled Maintenance Tasks Lot 2: Electrical Maintenance Tasks Lot 3: Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Tasks Potential Suppliers may bid for one or all Lots. No more than five Suppliers will be appointed to any Lot. This Framework Agreement is reserved for Small Medium Enterprises (SME).
