Description
The purpose of this ITT Requirement and Tender Questionnaire document (alongside the other procurement documents published) is to assist Freebridge Community Housing in establishing a Contract for Void & Responsive Repairs - Whole Property & Estate. This Contract covers in full the entirety of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates V8 - Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works. It will be awarded to three contractors to deliver void property and responsive repairs alongside the DLO (direct labour). This will include but not be limited to, void delivery to MVP (Minimum Viable Product), bringing properties from a disrepair state to full service, insurance claim repairs from immediate response to fully returned to service and standard repairs. The works will be to tenanted and non-tenanted properties and estate infrastructure. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
