This is a call for competition under HCC and TPPL Vehicle Purchase Framework, Lot 2: Light Commercial vehicles up to 5t (Agreement Reference: TPPLHCCOP03).

The London Borough of Sutton and in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking a multi-operator presence to provide residents with the widest possible choice and to increase car club presence as a cheaper and more sustainable alternative to private car ownership.
