Description

Northamptonshire Children's Trust (hereafter referred to as the "Children's Trust") is re-opening their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of services in respect of this requirement.
This specification covers providing Homes for Children and Young People in Our Care, Independent Fostering Arrangements and Children's Homes.
The primary role of Independent Fostering Arrangements and Children's Homes is to provide homes to ensure children in our care have a place that is safe and suitable for their individual needs, where they are supported by people who care for them and about them to achieve their full potential, develop resilience, enjoy good health and wellbeing and develop into adulthood.
The Children's Trust previously set up the DPS which commenced on 1st February 2024 with an initial term of 4 years and 2 months (i.e. to 31st March 2028), with an option to extend for up to an additional 3 years (until 31st March 2031).
Services will be categorised by the following lots that are described further in the specification:
Lot 1: Independent Fostering Agency placements for Children in Care
- Category 1.1 - Standard
- Category 1.2 - Enhanced
- Category 1.3 - Complex Needs
- Category 1.4 - Emergency
- Category 1.5 - Transition to Family Care from Children's Homes
- Category 1.6 - Parent and Child
Lot 2: Children's Homes placements for Children in Care
- Category 2.1 - Standard Homes
- Category 2.2 - Specialist Homes
- Category 2.3 - Complex Needs
- Category 2.4 - Emergency
Potential Providers can apply for one or more Lots and Categories.
Please note: this contract originally started on 1st February 2024.
The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this DPS, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Flexible Framework for the provision of Outcome Focused Home Care including TEC Enabled Care

Derby City Council is tendering for CQC registered Outcome focussed Home Care Services including TEC enabled Care for Adults, 18 years and over who are resident in Derby and meet the eligibility criteria for Derby City Council. Bidders who pass the Stage One (Conditions of Participation) checks will be invited to a Stage two process where they will be asked to submit responses to a number of Working Methods questions (Quality Evaluation). These questions will only be provided during the Stage Two process. Bidders must be registered with the CQC for the provision of Homecare services and must have a rating of "Good" or "Outstanding". Bidders who have a rating of "Requires Improvement" will be accepted provided their most recent inspection was over 3 years ago and they can provide evidence of an acceptable improvement plan. Bidders must have or commit to having an office base within 10 miles of the Derby city boundary in time for contract commencement. IN ALL OTHER SCENARIOS BIDDERS WILL FAIL THE INITIAL STAGE ONE CHECKS OF THE PROVIDER SELECTION QUESTIONNAIRE. The Council reserves the right to open a Lot or Lots and run an open competitive tendering process to replace existing Framework Service Provider due to failure/poor performance/material breaches etc. There will also be the option of opening up a Lot or Lots to add an additional Service Provider where there are capacity issues within that Lot. Suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 11.30pm on 27/08/2025. A Framework Agreement for the Supply and Maintenance of Telecare Equipment

North Hertfordshire District Council requires high quality assistive technology solutions to support people to establish, maintain or regain independence both in and away from their home setting, increasing successful early supported discharges from hospital, supporting people to maintain personal safety, to build confidence and to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. North Hertfordshire District Council’s Herts Careline service works in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council to supply, maintain and monitors alarms for over 9000 service users across Hertfordshire. Of these users, approximately 5000 sites have assistive technology to support users with complex needs. Additionally, 500 users utilise our away service, taking technology out of the home with them in Hertfordshire and beyond. On average, our team of technicians complete 150 new installations each month. Herts Careline provides plug and play alarm kits to twenty (20) hospitals and professional services to support early discharge in Hertfordshire. The Council intends to procure a multi-supplier Framework Agreement divided into three Lots.
