The Environment Agency require a contractor to provide construction works for a period of 6 months for MIOS Package 1 (Hartsbourne, Prince Edward Playing Field and Cheshunt North Flood Storage Areas).
These projects have all had flood studies, an ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) assessment and detailed design undertaken.
