SCC TC13 Water Management Services to Public Buildings and Delegated Properties within the City of Southend on Sea

Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake regular water hygiene testing (Legionella Control) in accordance with the approved code of practice and guidance for the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems ACOP L8 to public buildings, facilities and delegated sites (including schools and community resource buildings). This service will include a 1 hour call out requirement to quickly resolve operational failures. These services will be carried out under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council will be appointing one service provider for this Lot. The procurement will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Pro-Contract https://procontract.due-north.com.
