A Mini Competition in accordance with 2.1 of the Call-Off Contract Award Procedure (Schedule 4) of the Dynamic Framework Agreement for the Provision Of Live Well (Adults) Supported Services under Lot 1 - Improve and Enable.
 
The Service is a Supported Living service 24 hours per day 7 days per week.  It is for 14 people at 4 properties.  It is replacing an existing supported living contract provided by Home Farm Trust.  

There will be a range of needs supported with the expectation to provide flexible support to evolve with the needs of the tenants over time.  There will be a focus on learning disabilities, and this will include specialist skills to support adults with profound and multiple disabilities alongside complex health needs.

Children's External Placements Education & Tuition PDPS

The procurement is to set up a multi supplier "pseudo DPS" (referred to as "PDPS"). As the PDPS Agreement will be "pseudo PDPS", it will look and feel similar to a DPS agreement set up under Regulation 34 of the PCR. This means that the Authority envisages the PDPS will re-open at (12) twelve-month intervals (or at other intervals at the Authority's discretion) for new providers to apply or previously unsuccessful providers to re-apply. Reopening of the PDPS is solely at the discretion of the Authority. The Procurement is being run using a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Independent Complaint Officers. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process.
