Description

This Tender is to set up a Measured Term Contract (as Lot 1) and a Framework Agreement for Small Works/Projects (Lot 2). Further details are available in the ITT. 
      
      Note that in the tender evaluation criteria the quality/price split is: 
      
      50%/50% for the MTC (Lot 1)
      and 70% (Quality)/30% Price for the Small Works Framework Agreement (Lot 2).

Urgent Repair and Jobbing Contracts 2025-2029

The contracts are for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing). The contracts cover a range of trades with individual orders for works which are of an urgent repair, minor alteration or maintenance in nature being placed with the appropriate appointed contractors. The contracts will run from the 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2029. Contractors will be appointed on a trade and area basis and where possible standby contractor(s) will be put in place.
