Description

The Environment Agency (EA) has successfully awarded a framework to enable PFR schemes to be delivered successfully. It will help ensure that residential and commercial properties are better protected from the threat of flooding.<br/> <br/>The Framework includes two Lots:<br/> <br/>- Lot 1: Survey, Options & Quality Assurance.<br/>- Lot 2: Detailed Design & Construction.<br/> <br/>The Framework will be delivered through a Regional single organisation model, aligned to the EA's Integrated Delivery Teams (IDTs). Each of the six EA hub-based IDTs has its own Lot 1 and Lot 2 organisation (for clarity, a single Lot 1 provider AND a single Lot 2 provider in each hub). Regional Lot references are shown below:<br/>Lot 1:<br/>1a. North-East (NE)<br/>1b. North-West (NW)<br/>1c. Midlands<br/>1d. South-West (SW)<br/>1e. South-East (SE)<br/>1f. Eastern<br/> <br/>Lot 2:<br/>2a. North-East (NE)<br/>2b. North-West (NW)<br/>2c. Midlands<br/>2d. South-West (SW)<br/>2e. South-East (SE)<br/>2f. Eastern<br/> <br/>The Framework will run for a maximum of four years (initial two year period plus one optional two year extension).<br/> <br/>This framework is primarily intended to meet the needs of the Agency. However, services/works may be provided on the same terms to the Department for <br/>Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and to its associated bodies including any Agencies and non-departmental public bodies, others (the Defra Group) and any other Flood Risk Management Authorities designated under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010. <br/>The Agency may also require the provision of the services/works to members of the aforementioned Defra Group via the Agency, rather than directly. Professional Services and Development Framework

Scape Procure Scotland Limited (trading as SCAPE Scotland) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Professional Services and Development throughout Scotland. Experienced suppliers are invited to apply for one of 2 professional services and development lots for the provision of services within the built environment, infrastructure and development, as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes contained in this notice. Due to character limitations, this Contract Notice will be followed by a Corrigendum to ensure the mention of all public sector bodies eligible to use the Framework.
