Description

Glasgow HSCP is seeking a high quality forward thinking organisation to deliver community based stress services that will complement the work of the HSCP workforce and partners. This programme of work will provide an important contribution to the adult mental health improvement framework. The service will be open to all Glasgow residents aged 16 and over, with a specific focus on delivery in areas of highest deprivation and to those population groups experiencing significant and enduring health, economic & social inequalities.
Flexible, culturally appropriate approaches to service design and delivery must be clearly demonstrated within Tender response alongside a sophisticated understanding of the patterns of inequalities in Glasgow, and of the barriers in working in communities experiencing these.

The PEACEPLUS Community Connections project aims to support the integration and inclusion of people from minority ethnic backgrounds to grow their representation and voices within the city as well as developing familiarity and links with other communities. This Procurement is also open to: The Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire The Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent The Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk The Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk The use of Out of Court Disposals (OOCD) within the Police Forces as an alternative to prosecution has been seen as best practice in diverting some offenders away from the Justice system and reducing recidivism. The Authorities are looking to procure an electronic interventions solution that will meet the needs of offenders with a wide and diverse range of needs over many offence types. The supplier shall accept referrals directly from each of the named Authorities. The supplier will have available, a suite of interventions to allow the user to receive the most appropriate intervention in response to their offending behaviours. Electronic Interventions will need to be accessible by users using any 'smart device' (smart phone, tablet, computer) and be available for users to work their way through a structured programme in their own time and at their own pace.
