Description

The 'Support at Home' Service (the 'Service') is a key resource in meeting the existing and future needs of Bromley's population and has been developed to meet the specific needs of adults experiencing mental ill health who require recovery and rehabilitation services in the community. It aims to move people who access mental health services away from more restrictive hospital and residential care settings towards more independent, personalised and community-based support, such as supported accommodation and in-home support. \r
\r
The Service will be jointly funded by the Council and SELICB. The current service is provided by two separate contracts, one held by the Council and the other by the SELICB. It is the intention of the new service to amalgamate both services into one contract.
