Description

AWARD OF THE FOLLOWING - Contractor to carry out all elements of cyclical / periodical lift maintenance as well as repairs and possibly installations as required. The Authority is utilising Lot 1 of the NEPO408 Lift, Escalator and Related Equipment Maintenance, Refurbishment and Repair (Direct Award) for the Procurement.
North Tyneside Council (the Authority) has a portfolio of schools, residential and various public buildings in North Tyneside, comprising passenger lifts, platform lifts, stair lifts, chair lift, passenger hoist, goods only hoist and an escalator across the site.

The nature of the non-residential premises will include, but not be limited to, education premises, commercial premises and public buildings. These premises may be owned and operated by the Authority, their business partners and private enterprises. The Locations of Buildings are all within the Borough of North Tyneside and their opening hours will vary due to the nature of their operation. Any restrictions and access to premises will be advised at the point of notification by the Authority and their representatives.

You are invited to tender for the provision of building maintenance services to Warwickshire Police. The requirement will be tendered as a single requirement.
