Description

C8 This Package will be issued in task orders of work consisting of footway maintenance schemes which are located across the East Riding. The scheme will contain footway resurfacing and construction of dropped kerb accesses, patching repairs and slurry sealing  and flag repairs.

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
