Description

Essex County County are Procuring on behalf of Tendring District Council.\r

The District wishes to appoint a Planning Consultant to fulfil all services required over RIBA stages 1 to 6.\r

This tender seeks a Planning Consultant to oversee services from RIBA stages 1-6 and handle conditions discharge for Tendring DC. The appointed consultant is expected to comply with general conditions, undertake Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and not utilise Building Information Modelling (BIM). Qualifications, professional membership, and stage-wise deliverables are specified, with a focus on collaboration, site assessment, and planning process leadership.
