The requirement was for the provision of Total Facilities Management Services (TFM) across the Company’s Operational  Estate, which comprises of assets across circa 96 water treatment and 575 wastewater treatment sites across the North West (Crewe to Carlisle) and Corporate Estate, which comprises of Lingley Mere (Warrington), Whitehaven (Cumbria), Kent House (Kendal) and the London Office.

Soft Facilities Management Services Procurement for London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust

The Authority seeks suitably qualified suppliers to tender for a Facilities Management Services provision. The overarching aim of the Service is to manage, co-ordinate and deliver a consistent, timely and high-quality soft facilities management service for the Authority and its patients and will consist of the following service lines: General Management Helpdesk Management / Reception Services Patient Catering Healthcare Cleaning and Pest Control Portering and Postal Services Security (Manned Guarding) The Authority is looking to appoint a single Preferred Supplier to manage all aspects of the Service. As such, a Lotting Strategy is deemed inappropriate as it risks creation of unnecessary fragmentation and complexity. Accordingly, the service will be offered as a single contract awarded to a single Preferred Supplier. The aggregate value of the contract (including extensions) as advertised in the Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS) for the full 10 years of provision (7 core years plus 3 options years) is £346,146,770 British Pound Sterling. The contract to be entered into by the Authority and the Preferred Supplier for the procurement will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. The core contract term is from 01st October 2025 - 30th September 2032, with the option to extend for a maximum of 36 months. This stated optional extension period is in no way guaranteed, and activation of such extension will be at the sole discretion of the Authority based on fundamental principles, including the performance of the supplier and results of any service evaluations undertaken.. Nitrogen and Phosphorous Mitigation Agreement

NEC generate, establish and sells nutrient mitigation credits to offset nutrient pollution generated by new residential developments. The services covered in this notice relate to the provision of high efficiency nutrient removal package treatment plants (PTP) for the generation, establishment and sale of nutrient mitigation credits. NEC intend to invite suppliers who specialise in the supply of permanent (90 years) Nitrogen and Phosphorous Mitigation specifically secured via septic tank upgrades. NEC will then trade the nutrient offset/saving as 'credits' to housebuilders who need to offset the additional nutrients arising from the new houses they intend to build. NEC will only purchase nutrient offset/savings arising from septic tank upgrades located within the catchments effected by Nutrient Neutrality in Norfolk. This opportunity is divided into 2 Lots, of 100kg/yr and 450kg/yr Total Phosphorus offset (plus associated Total Nitrogen offset secured through the septic tank upgrade), as further described in the ITT.
