AWARD NOTICE

CHP has an in-house Customer Resolution Centre (CRC) which handles all incoming calls to CHP between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

CHP are looking for a call centre that can manage out of hours calls from our residents during the hours of 5pm - 8am to include weekends, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. These calls include emergency repairs, and signposting to relevant organisations/agencies when the Customer Resolution Centre is not open.

CHP require the provider to have an allocated telephone at their office so CHP calls can be transferred and answered in the name of CHP.
